As Group Chief Executive Officer of Swisstec Investment Holdings, Costar leads a global organisation delivering innovative, data-driven solutions for the healthcare market. With over 12 years at Swisstec, he has developed deep expertise in analytics, digital transformation and strategic leadership within the care economy. He champions collaboration, operational excellence and measurable impact, empowering clientsand stakeholders to improve quality, efficiency and outcomes across health and social care through technology-driven innovation.

Afifa Loutfie
With over 15 years’ experience across Australia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, Afifa specialises in capability development, international operations, strategic growth and infrastructure delivery. Her strengths in design thinking, strategic planning and solution-based consulting drove the creation of the Specialist Direct platform as a global care ecosystem. As a leader of Specialist Direct and MIRA, she advances integrated digital health models, recovery compliance systems, and public-private partnerships, connecting clinical pathways with scalable wellbeing solutions worldwide.

Dr Naveed Alam
Dr Naveed Alam is a Melbourne-based Thoracic Surgeon trained in Canada, with fellowships at the National Cancer Institute of Canada and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. He is deeply involved in international surgical education and advanced thoracoscopic training, serving with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and as a founding director of the Asian Board of Thoracic Surgery. As Cofounder and Clinical Director of Swisstec Analytics, he advances global healthcare partnerships and remote care innovation.

Spiro Pappas
Spiro Pappas brings extensive international experience across senior executive and board roles spanning banking, finance, fintech, mining, healthcare, AI and advanced manufacturing. Formerly responsible for NAB’s international operations and innovation, he now focuses on governance and strategic growth. He serves as Chairman of Atlas Iron, Chair of ASX-listed OpenLearning (ASX:OLL), Director of Football Australia and AerisTech, and supports Hancock Prospecting joint ventures in Saudi Arabia. Based in Abu Dhabi, he leads Swisstec and MIRA’s Middle East expansion.

Marini drives cross-functional collaboration to embed scalable systems, strengthen performance and ensure sustained organisational growth.

Joe Baini
Joe is a seasoned CEO and senior executive with extensive experience across non-profit leadership, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and ASX-listed companies. A former General Manager of a multinational pharmaceutical company, he has also led publicly listed and unlisted biotech organisations. Joe has served as Non-Executive Chairman of an ASX-listed biotech and Director of BioMelbourne Network, brokering high-value licensing deals and building strategic partnerships. He is recognised for driving change, high-performing teams and value-focused leadership.

Hafimi Abdul Haadii
Hafimi Abdul Haadii is Executive Director of LVK Group and holds board and advisory roles across Australia, Brunei, Ireland and ASEAN. Appointed Honorary Consul of New Zealand to Brunei Darussalam (2024), she previously served on Brunei’s Legislative Council (2017–2022) and chaired the Competition Commission (2018–2023). A member of the Digital Economy Council since 2019, she brings deep expertise in governance, economic development, regulatory leadership and regional strategy.

John Goulios is a Partner in Dentons’ Insurance and Disputes practice in Singapore with over 30 years’ experience advising blue-chip clients across Asia-Pacific and globally. He specialises in insurance and reinsurance transactions, regulatory compliance, complex claims and disputes. Known for his client-centric approach and practical commercial solutions, John leverages a strong global network to simplify complex matters. He is also committed to advancing diversity, inclusion and environmental initiatives within the profession.
